Flying to camp? We pick up and drop off campers at Charlotte Douglas Airport. Campers must be ready for pickup at about 11:00 AM. Return drop-off is about 11:45 AM. Counselors cannot escort campers to their gate.
04 · THE CAMP EXPERIENCE
About the Camp
Without Limits Cross Country Camp is open to rising middle school and high school athletes who want to learn how to train for a lifetime of running while having fun, meeting new friends and exploring the North Carolina mountains.
Our athletes leave with greater confidence, a new love of running, friendships from all over the country and motivation for the upcoming season. Teams leave with stronger camaraderie. Many campers return as junior counselors during college.
Our coaches help young athletes grow as runners and individuals. The team includes USATF-certified coaches, award-winning high school coaches, professional athletes, medical professionals, parents and coaches who have coached athletes to the U.S. Olympic Trials, state championships, Conference Championships, and national championships.
For more than a decade, camp has made running fundamentals and goal setting fun through teamwork and preparation. Days include running, hiking, swimming and more. Campers do not need to be varsity superstars; coaches work with athletes from new runners to emerging college athletes. All campers are expected to be able to run for 30 minutes without stopping.

05 · FIND YOUR GROUP
Programs & Cross Country Teams
High School: Since 2014, our High School Program has welcomed top performers and teams from across the southeast. Teams and individuals learn from experienced regional coaches and work to maximize their talents as distance runners.
Middle School: Similar instruction and goal setting, with training and activities tailored to less experienced distance athletes. Experienced eighth graders are frequently grouped with older runners.
Bringing a Team?
Middle school, high school and club teams are welcome. Time is set aside for team building. Discounts are available for coaches and high school teams. Contact michelle@its-go-time.com for details.
