Refund Policy
Refunds are permitted through the following schedule:
- Prior to May 12, 2026: Registration is refunded minus $100 deposit and credit card processing fees.
- May 12, 2026 - July 12, 2026: 50% of registration fee is refunded minus credit card processing fees. This is because all fees the camp pays for transportation, food, dorms, and counselors has already been paid and is not refundable to the camp.
